  • Uses good coding practices - formatting is separated from content with CSS.
  • Everything is labeled for blind search engines - niche targeted keyword phrases are used in page titles, headings, links, text, file names and alternate text tags.
  • Is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. 
  • Has current information and new material frequently added. 
  • Has lots of links around the site and back links from other relevant and recommending web sites.
  • Is listed and promoted in local directories, like Google & Yahoo.

There is no guarantee that you will be ranked #1 in Goggle, but it's been our experience, that if you follow these rules, your ranking, and your return on investment, will be respectable.
